IC3 Digital Literacy: Nov 9 through December 9 M/W 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm

WHERE:

This is a live face to face on-line class.

WHAT:

Knowledge and skill development in digital literacy and IT support: including hardware and software troubleshooting, operating systems, and communication and procedure.

RESULT:

Completion of the Academy results in two industry approved certifications: IC3 and CompTIA® A+ certification and prepares you for employment as a computer user support specialist/help desk technician. Participants will receive 3 Community College credits.

FREE to TechHire qualified enrollees.

Prerequisites:

– Resident of Maine

– Ages 17-29

– Unemployed or underemployed

– Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.

– Testing/Assessments required
